Who we are

M1 Strategic is a trade name and website operated by M1 Technologies. References to “M1 Strategic,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean M1 Technologies operating under the M1 Strategic name.

What we provide

M1 Strategic is an independent research and publishing platform. We publish research, analysis, and educational content about brokerage firms, regulators, trading costs, and market structure. Membership gives you access to our published research for the period stated at purchase.

No financial advice or regulated services

M1 Strategic is not a broker, dealer, introducing broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, investment fund, or financial institution, and is not registered or licensed as any of these. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing we publish is a recommendation to open an account, enter into a transaction, or trade any financial instrument. Our research is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation, or needs.

No client assets or trading authority

We do not accept, hold, or transmit client funds, custody assets, execute transactions, manage accounts, or exercise any authority over trading accounts. Any account you open with a broker is a relationship solely between you and that broker, on that broker's terms.
