Every report rates the regulators behind each broker entity. See how the world's forex regulators compare
Each report runs to 20 investigative sections covering every part of the brokerage operation, including the things most traders never think to check, but should.
An entity-by-entity breakdown of licences, segregated funds, compensation schemes, and negative balance protection, because your protections depend on which entity you sign with.
Whether the broker has its own prime brokerage relationship or is a white label reselling someone else's liquidity, and how deep the book really is.
Which data centre the servers sit in, and how close they are to the liquidity that fills your orders.
What turned up when we dug through regulator and court records, so nothing surprises you later.
First-hand experience from brokers we have traded at ourselves. Not paid placements, and not website copy.
Discounted commissions and private sign-up links at participating brokers.
Plus every standard fact, verified and in one place: costs, platforms, instruments, leverage, funding, and trading conditions.

Unlock the researchA tight spread only tells you the price of the first slice of volume. For any meaningful trade size, what matters is how much liquidity sits behind that price.
Some brokers run a thin book that shows retail traders little more than top-of-market pricing. These are often B-book or “bucket shop” operations that trade against their own clients, and the liquidity behind their quotes is shallow. Place a sizeable order and you sweep through the available volume quickly, filling at progressively worse prices. The headline spread looks great, but it is a vanity spread.

Illustrative example only. Hidden cost is the slippage versus the quoted price, at US$100 per pip per US$1M on EUR/USD.
Bank and non-bank LPs aggregated into one book, not a single feed or an internal price.
Smart order routing that sends volume to whichever LP offers the best price and fill quality.
Meaningful volume at and near the best price, so larger tickets fill without walking the book.
Fair execution passes on positive slippage too, not just the negative kind.
Many brokers are white labels or a point of presence (PoP) on someone else's liquidity. A direct prime broker relationship lets a broker choose, tune, and swap its own liquidity sources.
Servers co-located in a major FX data centre keep the round trip to liquidity providers short, so prices are fresher and fills are faster.
That is why our research looks past the headline spread to the depth and quality of the liquidity behind each broker's prices.

Lots are converted at US$100,000 notional each (USD-base pairs). Pairs such as EUR/USD or GBP/USD carry more notional per lot, so costs there are proportionally higher. Use notional mode for precision.

You do not need accounts everywhere. Beyond two, extra brokers only add noise, more platforms to monitor, and more to manage. Two genuinely solid brokers give a serious trader everything they need.
Splitting your flow across two independent liquidity pools averages out your execution and removes reliance on any single venue.
Even the best brokers occasionally print a rogue spread or an erroneous fill. Your other broker's pricing at that exact moment is hard evidence your broker can use to advocate for you with its liquidity providers.
If one platform or connection ever has an issue, you can still manage positions and risk through the other.
